Referral bonus: $50

All candidate referrals must be submitted through the official CrewBloom Referral Form.
Referrers must coordinate directly with the Recruitment Team who will review and process candidate profiles before presenting qualified candidates to clients.
Referral Bonus Eligibility: To qualify for the referral bonus, the candidate must be submitted through the official form and processed by the Recruitment Team first.
Bonus Payout: The referral bonus will be paid once the referred candidate has completed 30 days from their official start date.
CrewBloom Contractor Compliance: CrewBloom contractors must follow the official referral process. Referrals submitted or presented directly to clients without following this process will not qualify for the referral bonus.
